1 cmarshmallow fluff

1 tsprum extract or real rum
How To Make rum sauce for ice cream and desserts

1In a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until peaks form set aside.

2In a small bowl beat the egg white and salt until foamy. Gradually add the fluff and rum until stiff peaks form. fold into the whipped cream.
