Ingredients For red pepper and caper compote

  • 1 jar
    roasted, red pepper (7 1/2 oz jar)
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3/4 c
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    small capers
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    brine from capers
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

How To Make red pepper and caper compote

    Chop red peppers. Combine with other ingredients. Let stand at room temperature to let flavors meld.
