1/3 cred wine, vinegar

How To Make red chimichurri sauce?

1Put all ingredients except for the olive oil, into a food processor or blender and pulse on low until everything is finely chopped.

2Keeping your machine on low, slowly pour in the olive oil, and blend until a smooth, wet paste occurs.
