When in a hurry I make this sauce to go on top of chicken, beef, salads and hamburgers. It's so easy and fast to make.

Ingredients For quick mushroom sauce

  • 1
    10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    your favorite dairy sour cream

How To Make quick mushroom sauce

  • 1
    In a sauce pan stir together soup and sour cream and heat over low heat. Stir until smooth
  • 2
    Heat through, but do not boil. Remove from heat
  • 3
    Serve with beef, burgers or vegetables. Makes 2 cups
  • 4
    * To reheat, cook and stir over low heat about 5 minutes until hot. (remember not to bring to boil)
