3 Tbsplow sodium soy sauce or tamari

1 Tbsprice wine vinegar

1 1/2 Tbspsherry

3 Tbspwater

3drops hot sauce
How To Make quick and easy stir-fry sauce

1Combine cornstarch through beef bouillon powder in a small bowl and stir well.

2Add soy sauce, vinegar, sherry, water and hot pepper sauce and whisk until well combined and smooth.

3Just before adding to stir-fry, whisk again to combine ingredients.
