Pumpkin Spice Mix For pumpkin pie, add 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons of spice mix to your other ingredients. It is great on toast any baked coffee cake or muffins as well as pancakes, scones, you get the idea TIP: Sprinkle a teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix into your carved pumpkin before lighting the candle.

Ingredients For pumpkin spice mix

  • 1/3 c
    cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp
    each: ground ginger and nutmeg ( or mace)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    each: ground cloves and allspice

    Mix together and put in a 1/2 container. This can be a gift in a jar by adding a label with the information under notes
