Ingredients For praline sauce

  • 1/4 can
    dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    skim milk
  • 1 tsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped pecans, toasted

How To Make praline sauce

  • 1
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk in a saucepan.
  • 2
    Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

    Cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 4
    Add butter, vanilla and pecans and stir until butter melts: serve warm.
