If you like to fried your chicken , bake it or steam it. This seasoning will work on all. I always have this seasoning on hand. but on day I was missing thyme, so i used my old Poultry seasoning YUCK!! My sister started a garden for me, so now I will not be without my herbs..

Ingredients For poultry seasoning

  • 1/4 c
    dried rosemary
  • 1/4 c
    dried thyme
  • 1/4 c
    dried marjoram
  • 1/4 c
    dried sage
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make poultry seasoning

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.Pour herbs into 1/2-pint food storage jar with tight-fitting lid.
