Ingredients For pea-prosciutto sauce

4 ozprosciutto, chopped

2 Tbspolive oil

3 clovegarlic, sliced

1 Tbsptomato paste

1 cpasta-cooking water

1/4 cheavy cream
-
1 lbravioli
-
1 cfrozen peas, blanched

parsley, chopped
-
parmesan cheese, grated, for topping
How To Make pea-prosciutto sauce

1Cook the proscuitto in a skillet with the olive oil over medium heat until crisp, 4 minutes. Stir in 3 slices of garlic and tomato paste; cook 1 minute.

2Ladle in the pasta-cooking water and simmer until reduced to half, 4 minutes. Add the heavy cream and simmer until thickened, 3 minutes.

3Toss with the cooked ravioli, blanched peas, and some chopped parsley. Top with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
