Ingredients For parsley sauce

3 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspflour

1 cwhole milk

1/2 cheavy cream

1 Tbspdry mustard

1/2 cchopped parsley

1 tspprepared horseradish and lemon juice

zest of 1 lemon

salt and white pepper
How To Make parsley sauce

1Heat the butter in a small pot over medium heat. When the butter is melted whisk in the flour and cook about 5 minute.

2Whisk in the heavy cream then the milk. You want a thin gravy consistency. Do not let it boil. Keep it at a slow simmer.

3Mix the remaining ingredients into the sauce. Remove from heat.

4Serve over fish, poultry, pork or potatoes
