Ingredients For parmesan and poppy seed sauce

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 c
    dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2/3 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp
    poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated

How To Make parmesan and poppy seed sauce

  • 1
    In a saucepan melt the butter and add the garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add the wine and reduce by half. Whisk in the flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Whisk in the broth and bring to a boil and whisk until thickened. Turn off the heat and stir in the poppy seeds, Cheese and lemon juice.
