This is a great Christmas gift. Store in a clean baby food jar decorated for Christmas. Several of these in a dish towel lined basket makes a great gift. This is delish over muffins, biscuits or baked or broiled fish!

Ingredients For orange ginger butter in a jar

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened not melted
  • 3 Tbsp
    orange marmalade
  • 1/4 tsp
    grated fresh ginger

    Combine all in a small bowl. Pack into small decorated baby food jars. Makes 3/4 cup.
