  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • grated zest of 1/2 orange
  • 1 Tbsp
    fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes

How To Make orange fennel salad

    Heat 1/2 cup olive oil with the grated orange zest.

    Add 1 tablespoon fennel seed and 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes.

    Drizzle over classic mash
