This is good on chicken & pork chops. Keeps in fridge for weeks. I got this recipe from my son's sister-in-law, Norma. I usually have some in the fridge and I half the recipe sometimes. I think the molasses is the secret!

Ingredients For norma's bar-b-q sauce

5 cwater

1 1/2 to 2 capple cider vinegar

1 stickbutter

1 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring

1 1/2 Tbspworchestershire

64 ozbtl of ketchup

1 ptmolasses (3/4 pt is ok)

salt & blk pepper( to taste)

red cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
How To Make norma's bar-b-q sauce

1In medium stock pot, blend all ingredients & bring to slow boil. Now simmer until the meat you're grilling is ready. You can refrigerate what you won't use for weeks.

2Kick it up a notch, as Emeril would say, by adding red cayenne pepper.
