Ingredients For mustard

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    diced banana peppers
  • 12 oz
    beer
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar

How To Make mustard

  • 1
    whisk sugar,dry mustard,flour and salt in a medium saucepan.
  • 2
    Whisk in beer and vinegar. let stand approx. 10 minutes.until foam subsides.stir in peppers.

    cook over medium heat,10-12 minutes until boiling, whisking often. reduce heat , simmer until thickened .Preocess or refrigerate.process for 10 minutes
