Ingredients For mushroom sauce (low carb)

1 Tbspolive oil

16 ozmushrooms (washed/cut in half)

1/4 tspground pepper

3-4 Tbspbutter
-
2-4 cloveminced garlic
-
1 Tbspparsley
-
1 pkggoya chicken bullion (or 1 cup chicken broth)

1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make mushroom sauce (low carb)

1Large Sauté Pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and Pepper. Toss to Coat Mushrooms.

2Cook for 4 minutes without stirring. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.

3Add Butter, lemon juice, Chicken Broth & Garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Stirring frequently, until Mushrooms are fully cooked and Butter is melted.
