Ingredients For mushroom sauce (low carb)

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 16 oz
    mushrooms (washed/cut in half)
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2-4 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1 pkg
    goya chicken bullion (or 1 cup chicken broth)
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make mushroom sauce (low carb)

  • 1
    Large Sauté Pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and Pepper. Toss to Coat Mushrooms.

    Cook for 4 minutes without stirring. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.

    Add Butter, lemon juice, Chicken Broth & Garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Stirring frequently, until Mushrooms are fully cooked and Butter is melted.
