Ingredients For mop sauce

  • 1
    lemon
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 3 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 3 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make mop sauce

  • 1
    With vegetable peeler remove peel from lemon, squeeze juice from lemon. In saucepan combine lemon peel, juice and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Place saucepan on grill to keep warm. Use on pork, beef and chicken. Makes 2 1/4 ups.
