Ingredients For mock bar-le-duc currants

  • 1/4 c
    largre cranberries (hard)
  • 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 c
    sugar

How To Make mock bar-le-duc currants

    Cut cranberries in quarters, place in colander, wash under running water to remove seeds.
  • 2
    Heat sugar and water slowly to the boiling point, and boil 7 minutes; add cranberries and boil 7 minutes longer.

    Seal in small glasses.
