How To Make mix-n-match curry sauce

1Melt butter in 2-quart sauce pan over medium heat. Cook onion and curry powder until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.

2Stir in SOUP and LIQUID until well-blended. Add FRUIT; heat through, stirring occasionally. Top with GARNISH.

3Serve over meat, poultry or rice. Makes about 2 cups.
