meatloaf with homemade seasoning mix
(4 ratings)
Next time you decide to make meatloaf, be sure to use this recipe for the seasoning mix. This recipe is enough for one pound of beef, so plan accordingly.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
A simple and delicious meatloaf. The homemade seasoning mix adds tons of flavor to the ground beef. Ketchup adds a sweetness that contrasts the savoriness of the meat. Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie for a comforting, budget-friendly meal. One pound of ground beef makes a smaller meatloaf which is perfect if you have a smaller family.
