Ingredients For mango ketchup

1ripe mango peeled pitted and roughly chopped

1inch ginger root, peeled and minced

1 tspbrown sugar

1 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

4drops tabasco sauce

1/4 cketchup
How To Make mango ketchup

1Combine all ingredients except the ketchup in a pot and simmer until thickened.

2Place the mixture plus the ketchup in a food processor and process until smooth.

3Cover and refrigerate. it will keep for 2 weeks, refrigerated.
