Ingredients For mango ketchup

    ripe mango peeled pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1
    inch ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 4
    drops tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup

How To Make mango ketchup

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except the ketchup in a pot and simmer until thickened.
  • 2
    Place the mixture plus the ketchup in a food processor and process until smooth.

    Cover and refrigerate. it will keep for 2 weeks, refrigerated.
