This is good on pasta, veggies or on poultry. I found this in a taste of home magazine. 1/4 cup has 46 cal., 3 gr fat, 1 mg cholesterol and 4 carbs.

3 Tbspall purpose flour

2 Tbspbutter buds granules

1 Tbspreduced sodium chicken bouilon granules

1 1/2 cboiling water

1 cfat free milk

pepper to taste

chopped parsley to garnish
How To Make low-fat white sauce

1In a saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, butter buds, and bouilion till blended.

2Gradually add water and milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min., or until thickened. Season with pepper.
