  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp
    creole seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp
    horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce such as cholula®
  • 1 lg
    clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lemon juice

    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Makes 1 cup
