  • 1 stick
    butter at room temp
  • 8 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make kneaded butter

  • 1
    Whip with mixer until well blended. Place in ice cube tray and freeze. Add a knob to creamy dishes and stews for a thickening agent and to give your dishes a glossy shine.
