1/2 csoy sauce

1/4 cmirin

3 cbonito flakes
How To Make japanese cold noodle sauce

1Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a large pot. bring to a boil. Pour in the bonito flakes and remove from heat. Wait 10 seconds and strain the flakes out and discard. Let sauce come to room temp.
