This butter is a great way to use thyme from the garden before it freezes. Makes a good finish for steak, chicken breasts, salmon or on top of a baked potato or rice. Makes a nice spread for garlic toast, too!

  • 1/2 c
    softened butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground pepper

How To Make it's about thyme compound butter

    Blend together all ingredients.

    Make a roll of butter mixture on wax paper, chill for at least an hour.

    Remove wax paper, cut into slices.
