This butter is a great way to use thyme from the garden before it freezes. Makes a good finish for steak, chicken breasts, salmon or on top of a baked potato or rice. Makes a nice spread for garlic toast, too!

How To Make it's about thyme compound butter

1Blend together all ingredients.

2Make a roll of butter mixture on wax paper, chill for at least an hour.
