The sauce is something I got from my grandma but added to because people wanted her recipe and I didnt want to share the original but it is just as awesome.

Ingredients For italian pasta sauce

1 lbhamburger or italian sausage*

2 Tbspolive oil

5 clovegarlic minced

1 tsporegano, dried

1/2 bunchparsley, italian
-
3bay leaves
-
2 lrg cantomato puree
-
1/2 conion
-
pinchsalt
-
pinchpepper
How To Make italian pasta sauce

1In a large pot begin heating olive oil on medium heat.

2Add hamburger or sausage and brown.

3While the meat is browining chop onion and parsley add to pot.

4Add in garlic and other herbs until they are lightly browned.

5Stir in tomato puree cover and simmer for at least an hour. But with this sauce the longer the better. Serve with noodles.

6*the meat is optional you can leave it out and use this sauce for Chicken parm or a as a dip for breadsticks.
