italian essentials: yummy pizza white sauce
(1 rating)
If you are tired of red sauce on your pizzas, you might be interested in trying this recipe out. As a matter of fact, it works well with a pizza, pasta, or fish. I puttered about with the basic recipe, until I achieved something with a bit more of a kick than a “traditional” white sauce. And if you have any truffle oil, and you add a drop or two, you will be surprised how its earthy flavor ties the other ingredients together. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen
