I cater & needed a horseradish sauce for meat, so, I concocted this one up. I just love it. This makes a large container, so you may want to break it down.

Ingredients For horseradish sauce for meat

  • 3/4 lb
    prepared , extra hot horseradish
  • 3 3/4 lb
    daisy sour cream
  • 2-3 tsp
    salt
  • 2 (1 oz.) pkg
    hidden valley dry ranch salad dressing mix

How To Make horseradish sauce for meat

    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with a wooden spoon.

    Place in fridge overnight to let the ingredients marry together good.

    Use on prime rib, pork loins, etc.
