Ingredients For horseradish dijon cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • kosher salt & tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh chives

How To Make horseradish dijon cream

  • 1
    Whisk cream in large bowl to soft peaks, roughly doubled in volume .Add horseradish and Dijon; season with salt and Tabasco, then continue whisking to medium peaks, roughly tripled in volume. Top cream with chives and serve with prime rib. Makes 3 cups.
