1In a sauce pan, heat the vegetable oil to medium.

2add in all the dry spices, stir well.

3whisk in the tomato paste,continue until all is well combined, add in the stock and continue whisking, it will thicken up to a thin, but rich consistency..lower the heat and simmer about 15 mins.
