i have not made this butter i was told it was good if any one tries this and the fish please let me know how and what you think about

Ingredients For homemade garlic compound butter

1/3 cbutter, softened

3 lgcloves garlic, finely diced or pureed

2 Tbspparsley, chopped

salt and pepper, to taste (i recommend between 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt)
How To Make homemade garlic compound butter

1Place butter, garlic and parsley in a large bowl. Mix together at medium speed with electric beaters until thoroughly combined (around 2 minutes).

2Mix in salt to taste, shape butter is desired ( you can press it into molds or ramekins or shape into a log) and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour to let flavors develope.

3Refrigerate and use within around 1 week or freeze up to 3 weeks.
