Ingredients For homemade chili seasoning

3 Tbspgood chili powder (gephardt's or mexene)

4 xi mix together ancho,guajillo, and chipotle powders

1/2 cground cumin

1/2 cdry oregano

1/2 conion powder

1/4 cgarlic powder

1/2 cseason salt

1/4 cpepper
-
pinchcayenne pepper
How To Make homemade chili seasoning

1Combine all ingredients, except the garlic powder, in a skillet, turn heat on high and cook until the mixture becomes fragrant and starts to smoke, 20-30 seconds.

2Let cool, add garlic, mix well. Store in an airtight container.

3Make about 1 1/3 cups. I use 1 1/2 - 2 tbs. per 1 lb. of ground beef.
