You control the heat by the amount of red pepper. We like it on hotter side so I add more for my family's taste.

1/4 cred chili pepper, ground or cayenne

1/4 cpaprika, sweet mild

2 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated

4 tspcumin seeds

2 tspmexican oregano

2 tspkosher salt

1 tspgarlic powder with parsley

1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
How To Make homemade chili powder

1Combine all ingredients. Store in a glass container.

2Add 3 tablespoons to each pound of meat when making chili.

3Replace commercial chili powder in favorite recipes.

4Use to season meat for tacos or taco salad.

5Add to ground beef for grilled burgers or a meat loaf.
