1 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbuttermilk

1 tspcorn syrup

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make homemade buttermilk syrup

1Mix all ingredients (except baking soda and vanilla) in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Let boil for 2 minutes.

2Bring heat down and simmer for 1 minute to thicken.

3Remove from heat. Add baking soda and vanilla.
