    honey
  • 1 slice
    fresh gingerroot about 1 inch long
  • 1 stick
    cinnamon broken
  • 1/2 tsp
    peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 8
    whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice berries

    Combine all in a medium sauce pan.

    Bring to a Boil.

    Reduce heat, let simmet 30mins

    Cool, store in airtight container in the refrigrater for up to 2 weeks.
