This Pesto sauce is amazing! It's great with Parmesan chicken and pasta! Also it's a great dip for bread. :) If doing this recipe for gluten free, be careful of what brand nuts you buy and check if they are gluten free.

2 cbaby arugula leaves

3/4 cbasil leaves

1/2 cmostly pine nuts and handful of shelled pistachio nuts totaling 1/2 cup

2 clovegarlic

2/3 cextra virgin olive oil

1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/3 cgrated asiago cheese

1 lblinguine pasta (i like deboles quinoa gf pasta but the gluten free pasta choice is yours)

1 pinchsalt if desired
How To Make italian grandma pesto sauce

1*Pesto is required to be made in a food processor. In the food processor, add extra virgin olive oil, cheese, and nuts. Process for 1-2 minutes. Then add garlic, basil, and arugula. Process for 2-3 minutes.
