Ingredients For french vanilla coffee creamer

  • 10 oz
    (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 oz
    (300 ml) 3.25% homogenized milk
  • 1 lg
    vanilla bean, seeds scrapped out
  • 1 pinch
    ground sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract

How To Make french vanilla coffee creamer

  • 1
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, condensed milk and vanilla seeds including the pod. Whisk until the mixture starts to simmer.

    Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract. Pour the creamer into a sieve sitting over a measuring cup; discard any solids but keep the pod to make vanilla sugar.

    Place wax paper on top making sure it touches the surface and let it cool for 20 minutes.

    Pour into a jar or container and transfer to the fridge until needed. It keeps up to 5 days.
