10 oz(300 ml) sweetened condensed milk

10 oz(300 ml) 3.25% homogenized milk

1 lgvanilla bean, seeds scrapped out

1 pinchground sea salt

1 Tbsppure vanilla extract
How To Make french vanilla coffee creamer

1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, condensed milk and vanilla seeds including the pod. Whisk until the mixture starts to simmer.

2Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract. Pour the creamer into a sieve sitting over a measuring cup; discard any solids but keep the pod to make vanilla sugar.

3Place wax paper on top making sure it touches the surface and let it cool for 20 minutes.

4Pour into a jar or container and transfer to the fridge until needed. It keeps up to 5 days.
