I love this frosting, especially when it is nice and cold, and on a cake! Make sure you store this frosting, and cake frosted with it, in the fridge!

  • 3 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    almond extract, optional
  • 3 1/2 c
    cool whip
  • 2 c
    coconut

How To Make fluffy coconut frosting, grandma w

    Beat cheese smooth, add sugar, milk and extract. Fold in topping and coconut. When using for cakes, keep stored in the fridge.
