Ingredients For fireman bob's pineapple barbecue sauce, my way...

  • 3 can
    tomato sauce - 8 ounce cans
  • 4 Tbsp
    brown sugar - firmly packed
  • 1 Tbsp
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple - chopped and diced small
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    lemon zest
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes - crushed - or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    celery seeds - ground
  • 1 tsp
    cumin - ground
  • 4 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp
    mustard - grainy
  • 1 Tbsp
    horse radish
  • 6 lg
    garlic cloves - minced
  • 2 tsp
    fresh oregano - diced and chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper - fresh ground - or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    course sea salt - or to taste

How To Make fireman bob's pineapple barbecue sauce, my way...

    Directions In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Slowly bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then simmer for 20 minutes, watching and stirring every 2 minutes till done. ENJOY !!!
