1/4 cvegetable oil

2 clovegarlic

1large onion chopped

4large tomatos peeled and seeded

2scotch bonnet chiles seeded and minced

1 1/2 tsporegano, fresh

1 tspblack pepper

cvinegar
How To Make fiery scotch bonnet sauce

1Heat oil in skillet. Add the garlic and onion and saute until soft. Add the remaining ingredients except the vinegar. Cook for about 20 minutes until thick. Add the vinegar. Cook for 5 minutes longer and our into a sterilized jar and store in the refrigerator. use within 2-3 weeks.
