We normally use this dry rub on pork or brisket, but you could use it on fish or chicken as well. SOOOO good! I often make my own lemon pepper using the zest of one lemon and 1 T of black pepper.

    celery seed
  • 4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4 tsp
    onion powder

    ground mustard
