How To Make detroit coney sauce

1IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN - MIX 2 CUPS OF BLACK COFFEE WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT GROUND BEEF AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BOILING. REDUCE TO SIMMER AND COOK LONG ENOUGH TO SATURATE THE DEHYDRATED ONIONS IN THE SOUP MIX. ADD THE GROUND BEEF INTO LIQUID AND MASH WITH POTATO MASHER, COOKING THOROUGHLY. SIMMER FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OR TWO AND SPOON OVER STEAMED OR BOILED KOEGELS VIENNAS IN THE BUN, LOAD UP WITH MINCED ONIONS AND MUSTARD.
