Barb gave me this recipe book, and knowing how much I like curry, this gives me a great way to have a different Ham!

Ingredients For curried fruit ham sauce, barb

  • 1 lg
    can pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 c
    white raisins (i would omit)
  • 1 c
    white wine
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp
    minute tapioca

How To Make curried fruit ham sauce, barb

  • 1
    Combine sugar and wine, bring to boil. Add curry and tapioca, stir until thickened. Add pineapple and raisins and keep warm until ready to serve.
