I always make this to pour over cheese & spinach tortellini and it's great!

Ingredients For creamy pasta sauce

  • 12 oz
    any kind of cooked pasta
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    half & half or whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make creamy pasta sauce

  • 1
    Put lemon juice, butter, cream, salt and pepper into a medium saucepan. Bring to a low boil, then lower heat and simmer for about 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until the cream reduces slightly.

    Add the parmesan cheese to cooked and drained pasta and then pour sauce over pasta coating evenly.
