    whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 1 dash
    white pepper

How To Make creamy cheese sauce

    Melt butter in bottom of heavy saucepan, add 2 tbsp. flour. whisk together until smooth.

    Add cream, cheese. stir over medium heat until smooth and thickened.

    Pour over vegetables, pasta or use as a dip for bread cubes.
