This has been in my family for many years. Everyone loves it.. So yummy! IT IS MADE THE DAY BEFORE.... You can refrigerate this overnight in a pretty dish or transfer it when ready to serve.

Ingredients For cranberry mold

1 canwhole cranberry sauce
-
1-small pkgraspberry gelatin
-
1 chot water or "heat the reserved liquid"

1-small canpineapple chunks, (drain & reserve liquid)

1 canmandarin oranges, (drain & reserve liquid)

1-small pkgchopped pecans
-
1/2 ccoconut flakes
How To Make cranberry mold

1Dissolve gelatin in hot water OR use reserved liquid & add cranberry sauce.

2Refrigerate just until it thickens & fold in remaining ingredients.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4**** If reserved liquid "does not" equal 1 cup add enough water to make 1 cup.
