2 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cwater

1/4 tspcream of tartar or citric acid

1 pinchsalt

probe thermometer
How To Make corn syrup substitute

1In sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.

2Monitor temperature with a probe thermometer. Continue to boil until 115.5 C (240 F) is reached. Remove from heat.

3When cooled, transfer to a glass container with a lid.
