The Coney Island restaurant, a landmark here in Thunder Bay ON, serves their Hot Dogs (also called "Sliders") with mustard, chopped onions and smothered in Coney Sauce. Hamburgers are given the same treatment. A special treat on the menu is a "Half & Half", a plate made up of half white navy beans and half spaghetti, covered in Coney Sauce, and served with 2 slices of toast. Condiments consist of a shaker of Cayenne pepper, and Chili Vinegar. To make Chili Vinegar, add 3 or 4 Red Chili peppers to a dispenser of white vinegar -- allow flavors to blend for a few days before using. Enjoy
