condiment essentials: sweet/sour cranberry sauce
I love this sauce when I want a sweet/sour taste, and I do not want to use regular ketchup. This is an awesome substitute for a meatloaf, or anywhere where you want a departure from traditional ketchup. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

How To Make condiment essentials: sweet/sour cranberry sauce
-
1Chef’s Note: You have two choices here… You can use plain apple cider to create a very mellow ketchup. Or you can use apple cider vinegar to create a sauce that will knock your socks off… up to you. I use apple cider with things like meatloaf, and burgers. I use apple cider vinegar with things like smoked meats, such as: ribs and pork.
